Heather Small Feat The Young Voices Choir song release

To all Choir members and parents,

We are so excited to announce that the song ‘Proud’ that the children sang at the Young Voices concert with Heather Small has now been released into the charts! You can buy and download it from Apple or Amazon and all proceeds will be donated to the children’s mental health charity Place2Be.

Maths Homework 2.3.23

Hi Red Class,

I have set your Maths homework for this week on Purple Mash. Year 3 are looking at unit fractions and year 4 are looking at ordering fractions. The tasks should be completed by next Tuesday. Please remember to keep practising your times tables and learn a poem off by heart ready for the poetry competition (see letter for further information about this)

Swimming after half term

Red Class will be going swimming every Monday afternoon starting on Monday 27th February when we return from the half term break and our last session will be on Monday 27th March. Please ensure that the children bring their swimming kits with them to school. Thank you.

No homework half term

Hi Red Class,

Another half term has come to an end! It has been very busy but thank you for all your hard work. We are not setting Maths homework for half term however, keep practising your times tables and keep up with your reading. We hope you all have a lovely half term break and enjoy a good rest. We look forward to seeing you all again when we return on Monday 27th February.

Red Homework 9.2.23

Hi Red Class,

Your Maths homework has been set for this week on Classroom Secrets Kids. Year 3 are looking at measuring lengths and year 4 are looking at perimeter on a grid. Please could all tasks be completed by Tuesday.

Homework 19.1.23

Hi Red Class,

Your Classroom Secrets Kids homework has been set for you this week. Year 3 are looking at multiplying 2 digit numbers by 1 digit numbers and year 4 are looking at multiplying 3 digit numbers by 1 digit numbers. Please continue to look at your times tables as well, try and do this every day even if it is for 5 minutes!

Hi Red Class,

Well done to you all for a great start to the spring term! I have set your first piece of homework for this term on Classroom Secrets. To reinforce the learning we have been doing in class, year 3 are looking at related calculations and year 4 are looking at factor pairs. A Christmas thank you!

Dear Red Class,

Thank you all so much for your extremely kind and generous gifts you have given us for Christmas! We hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a very happy new year. Thank you for all your hard work this term and we hope you have a good rest over the holidays. We look forward to seeing you all on Wednesday 4th January when we return for the spring term.
